Customer Pays: Return shipping to CEDAR.
CEDAR Pays: Shipping back to the customer.
Refund Timeline: Within 3 business days after inspection.

EXCHANGES & ERRORS
Warranty Items: Eligible for exchange only (same item/color).
Wrong/Missing Items: Must report within 24 hours after contacting customer support. Cedar Havana OPC covers return shipping.
